Registration fees and payment methods

Fees (excluding VAT):

• Students and PhD candidates (double room accommodation): 350 €
• Postdocs and permanent researchers (single room housing): 450 €
• Exhibitors and industry professionals: 700 €

Fees include housing and meals from Monday 4 May afternoon to Wednesday 6 May morning (lunch included) in the Port-Royal Center, as well as bus shuttle from and to Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse RER B station on May 4th and 6th.

Payment can be made by 2 modes: by credit card online (a preferred method) or by purchase order ("bon de commande", only for French academic labs). 

Please gather all the necessary information before starting your registration on Azur Colloque (e.g., contact details, registration fee, payment method, dietary restrictions, etc.), as it is not possible to resume or complete the process at a later stage.

Please note: it is important to complete the entire process, including payment, for your registration to be properly recorded. Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation email from Azur Colloque.
